The Law Offices of Martin Schwartz, Immigration and Civil Law, P.A., was formed in January of 1994. Attorney Martin Schwartz handles immigration cases and immigration court cases all over Florida, and had handled immigration cases throughout the United States. The attorney and his staff read, write and speak Spanish. Most notably, Attorney Schwartz was a member of the litigation team on the case of Al Najjar v. Reno, 97 F. Supp. 2d 1329 (S.D. Fla. 2000).
